How to Levitate Like David Blaine (The Balducci Levitation)

Everything you ever wanted to know about how to levitate. It is really easy.

This is known as the Balducci Levitation after Ed Balducci. He didn't invent it, but did explain it.

This is a staple of most magicians. Takes a minute to learn, but fools people. You can find YouTube videos of David Blaine doing this and laughably collapsing in exhaustion after draining himself physically. Absolute nonsense. He did it on one of his television specials, but really faked it. He goes up high in the air and the people viewing react with astonishment. First, you don't see his whole body when he goes up in the air. He's being lifted up. And the people watching are not reacting properly. Obviously, there have been edits, and not very good edits.
