HOW TO MAKE AN AUTOMATIC ATTENDANCE TRACKER LOG FOR DISTANCE LEARNING

Thank you so much for watching the Mr N Show!! Please subscribe for future videos.

Tech For Teachers. This is a tutorial about how to make an automatic Daily Participation Log for your distance learning classroom. This will track student participation and give you a record of student engagement. For this tutorial we will use a Google Form and a Google Sheet. The key to this tracker are these spreadsheet formulas. Good luck! This is a true test of your growth mindset. It will take some trial and error but, trust me, it’s worth it and it works. This is one of those things that will save you so much time during the year. You won’t have to run around trying to keep track of student participation. It’s all done for you!

=ARRAYFORMULA(IF($A3:$A="",,IF(IsError(VLookup($A3:$A&"|"&C2,{'Form Responses 3'!$B2:$B&"|"&Int('Form Responses 3'!$A2:$A)},1,0)),FALSE,TRUE)))

=countif(C3:L3,true)
