Description from the creator

Ingredients:

1 Egg
1 Cup Flour (preferably Wheat for extra nutrients)
1 tub of Chicken Liver (~1 lb)
1 Tablespoon Olive oil (optional)

Materials:

*Cookie Tray
*Bender of any kind
*Baking Spatula
*10" Whisk
*Large bowl (to whisk in)
*Oven

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend 1 egg and 1 tub (1 pound) of Chicken Liver
Stir (whisk) the egg/liver with flour
Pour and evenly spread onto cookie tray
Bake for 15 minutes
Take out and set to cool
Cut into strips and put into a freezer gallon ziplock bag
Keep in freezer until use
