How to Make Gingerbread Houses with Graham Crackers

Easily make fun and interesting Gingerbread houses using Graham Crackers. What we do is buy an assortment of graham crackers and baby crackers and wafers, something with interesting shapes. To stick the houses together, we melt white sugar in a frying pan, once melted keep it warm, but not too hot. Be careful, this is a job for an adult, its hot, and it can burn you. Using the hot sugar like a glue, stick your pieces together, dries almost instantly. Then we decorate with an easy royal icing, basically just icing sugar and water, mixed so its a bit thick, but will still come out a piping bag.
