how to make wheatgrass juice at home

Cautionary advice: I am not a nutritionist, dietitian, or physician, so I do not know the nutritional, scientific, or medical information on wheatgrass juice. The video is only to show how I make wheatgrass juice at home. Making fresh wheatgrass juice at home is easy and much cheaper than the juice sold at shops. No need to spend $3 per wheatgrass shot at Jamba Juice again! ;-)

I am a little less conscious than before and trying to read my script while shooting the video on my own, so the video may not be perfect but hopefully will get there someday. Meanwhile, please feel free to leave your feedback to let me know if the demonstration and instructions were clear and useful.
Thanks and cheers,
Nisha
