Let’s go on with the instructions
1. Go to Huawei App Gallery
2. Search Opera VPN
3. Download Opera VPN
4. Install file
5. Open Browser App
6. Go to settings
7. Open security settings
8. Open Install Apps from External Source
9. Look for OPERA then make sure to choose allow

You are now ready to install And download APK’s using OPERA VPN
