Here are a few tips that can help 👇

Look in the mirror and decide if you want to make yourself look younger by:

✔️ Shaving your face
✔️ Color the grays away
✔️ Wear contact lenses

Just don't Catfish the employer 🐟

Change your online brand to ensure you look the same in person as you do online.

When it comes to ageism I have found there are a few main objections you need to overcome:

What does your overall health look like?
Will you fit in with the culture of the company?
Would you work well under the leadership of a younger boss?
Is the company willing to pay for your experience?
Are you adaptable or a resister to technology?

Other things you can do to battle ageism include:

✔️ Stay current with technology, training & business practices
✔️ List recent relevant experience on your resume
✔️ Do NOT be a jack of all trades
✔️ Embrace LinkedIn & create content showcasing your expertise
