How to Professionally Wear a Ribbon bar on a Uniform

This video is designed to demonstrate a very simple, easy, yet effective method of wearing a ribbon bar on a dress uniform.
Using this method allows the ribbon bar to sit flush on the uniform and constructs a very orderly and professional standard of dress and bearing.
The same method can be used with other uniform embellishments.
I don’t know why more service personnel don’t use this method of presentation. Hopefully now they will.
