HOW TO ROAST SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN MICROWAVE OVEN

In this video we will show you how to roast sunflower seeds using microwave oven.
► You need:
One ceramic bowl
Water
Salt
Spoon
Microwave oven

► Take a bowl and add some sunflower seeds inside. Add one tea spoon of salt and some water. Stir everything with the spoon. All the seeds should be wet and there should be some water left at the bottom of the bowl. If you add too much water – add more sunflower seeds. Put the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Then open the microwave and stir the seeds. Put for another minute and then stir the seeds again. Repeat the process until all the water evaporates. Finally, (when all the water is evaporated) you can run the seeds for additional 30 seconds. When the seeds are ready they will be completely dry and covered with small salt crystals. Wait them to cool off and enjoy. There is no exact time for roasting, but all the steps are done for about 5 minutes.
There are no exact proportions for the seeds and water. The more seeds you add – the longer the baking will be.

►NOTE◄ The bowl may become very hot, so you must use heat resistant gloves, or some kind of protection.
