Description from the creator

How to speed shoot with Compound Bows - using the Slavic draw / variation of Apache draw
I used the Genesis Original Bow (I'm not strong enough to speed shoot heavy compound bows)
I was speed shooting by holding my arrows using my string hand like Lars Andersen, but speed shooting using a modern compound bow.
I enjoy experimenting new ways to shoot arrows safely.

Bow used Genesis Bow, Right Handed, Camo Lost

I personally do not like this bow because it is designed for people who are interested to learn archery and are not willing to experience "full draw", and would rather experience "zero draw".

Bow info according to Amazon.com

"
The Genesis System combined "zero let-off" with light draw weights to create a bow that covers all s tandard draw lengths and fits birtually everyone. This bow has just one cam which means no tuning problems, much less recoil, more accurate shooting, and less noise. Ideal for kids, beginners and adults. Kids can’t outgrow it because there is no specific draw length requirement. Simple to buy because there is no need to measure and fit for draw length. It’s easy to shoot because the draw length is always right, the beginning archer won’t deelop bad habits caused by an ill-fitting bow. Great for families because everyone in the family can shoot the same bow.
