How to start circus - getting into circus as a beginner with no experience or money

In this video I try to explain how to start circus / how to "get into circus" as a beginner with no experience or money. If it's possible to go to a circus school or attend a class then that would be my number 1 advice but if not this is for you.

Step 1: Research
- Type in "Full circus show" into Youtube and spend some time having a look through these.
- Look up the "graduating shows" (Or any other performances you can find) from students at circus schools around the world. fedec.eu/en/members/

This should give you a good idea of the different types of circus in different schools and an overview of traditional vs more contemporary circus.

Step 2: Flexibility

You can also replace splits with any other stretch and supplement in others if you want/have time.

Step 3: Handstands

Check out all these guys, research their videos/tutorials etc and begin to practice handstands about 3x a week also.

Step 4: Juggling

Step 5: Keep researching until you find something that you think you might like to "specialise" in and then you can tailor some more specific exercises to suit that.
