How to Train Your Dragon II Fanfiction Trailer

edit: It's out and posting! Check out the illustrated webnovel at howtotrainyourdragon2.thecomicseries.com/ Happy dragons, y'all!

A fanfiction coming to the web August 13, 2012...

It's been two years since the events of the first film, and Hiccup is about to join Stoick's War Council -- after an Induction Ceremony he is most definitely not looking forward to. But Stoick's past catches up with him, peace is broken, and Hiccup is forced to face death and shame to save his friend, his father, and his love.

My sister and I have been planning this novel for a little over a month and are really excited to share with you our explorations of the past of the major characters, the core relationships, and, of course, who Heather is (the mysterious "evil antagonist" from the upcoming TV series). I hope you also check out the posters for this, the first of which contains the drawing which prompted my sister and I to start this epic in the first place, lol: inhonoredglory.deviantart.com/art/The-Picture-T… and inhonoredglory.deviantart.com/art/A-Friendship-…

(Link mania follows.... XD)

And, of course, see the website we made to hold our serialized chapters: howtotrainyourdragon2.thecomicseries.com. We'll also be cross-posting to fanfiction.net/~inhonoredglory and inhonoredglory.deviantart.com and inhonoredglory.tumblr.com

(whew...)

UPDATE: The rating is now PG-13, and T on Fanfiction.com.

We really hope you decide to experience our story with us, and that you will enjoy the journey!

Personal Note

Hey all, my HTTYD YouTube buddies! I was so excited to make this vid for the novel my sister and I are creating. It's my first foray into the epic instrumentals and I hope I did y'all proud. It seems I heard this song from one of you guys, but oh well, it fit the trailer nicely. I also tried to channel HTTYD2014, hiccuptoothless94, and theNightFuryFan95 (all you Flasherific folks) in making the snappy transitions and flashes and stuff.
