This is a simple presentation of how a Manual Architectural perspective is rendered using one of the most traditional yet the best medium - The Watercolors.

A watercolor rendering produced by hand has the ability to charm and engage audiences in ways no other medium can. The artistic application of color is a human endeavor that requires training, careful planning, and tasteful application. The principals of composition, drawing and painting technique are traditional to fine art and architectural presentation.

The history of watercolor painting and architectural rendering go hand in hand. Hand delineated plans, elevations, sections and perspectives were originally produced in pen and ink. Watercolor was the natural medium to increase the power of architectural line work. As paint manufacturers developed the means to produce a wider spectrum of colors architectural rendering became more vibrant and beautiful improving their ability to illuminate the details of design and focus attention where needed.
