Description from the creator

This is my first video that I am trying to help educate people so I apologize for the quality of the video. I will get better! If you have any questions please comment and I will answer them!

This video is trying to help educate people on how to condition your horse so they are in shape for what ever sport you like to do with them! It gets your horses heart rate up and down so they have more endurance and stamina. Make sure you have at least an hour and a half to do this.

RECOMMENDATION FOR HORSES THAT ARE OUT OF SHAPE:
1. (warm up) Walk 10-15 min
2. Trot: 3 min
3. Walk 1 Min
REPEAT STEPS 2&3 four times.
*make sure your first set of trotting is at a slow pace, and then start pushing them to a more up beat trot your last couple sets so you are pushing them a little more.*

4. Lope 3 min
5. Walk 1 min 30 sec
REPEAT STEPS 4&5 2-3 times.
*make sure the last set your pushing them to a more up beat lope the last set.*

Cool down: Walk for 10-15 min or until your horses respiration has gone down to normal.

RECOMMENDATION FOR A MORE IN SHAPE HORSE:

1. walk 10-15 min
2. Trot @ up beat pace for 6 min
3. walk for 1 min.
REPEAT 5 times.

4. Lope up beat pace for 4 min
5. walk for 2 min
6. REPEAT steps 4&5 four times.

COOL DOWN! for 10-15 min or until horses respiration is back to normal.

not recommended to do in a arena. the best place to do this would be in a large field, a trail, or even a race track!

NOTE: If you feel as if you're pushing your horse too hard, take off some sets. DONT OVER DO IT. listen to your gut. But make sure your pushing them just enough (:
