Description from the creator

This is a step-by-step tutorial on how to file a provisional patent application. April Mosby, Patent Attorney with over 20 years of Patent Law experience, describes the simplistic process of filing your Provisional Patent Application. This video does not imply that you should not seek counsel for writing your patent application. This video merely goes through the filing steps. It is very important to have either a Patent Attorney or a Patent Agent to draft your Specification and prepare your drawings.

If you want to draft your case yourself, I have written a book that walks you through the patent drafting process (step by step):
"Secrets of A Patent Attorney," April M. Mosby, Esq.

You can also go to the Inventor's help page of the USPTO's website for help in drafting your case.
