How To Hire A Film Crew

If you're wondering how to hire a film crew for your next project, you're not alone. If you're a producer and put a crew together, you want to keep a contact list. Obviously, on your first movie, you want to go with referrals. Maybe you know a person is a great AC. And this person is great with sound.

You should also know there will always be one pissed-off crew person. They are mad at the world, and they are not happy about your movie. Always find that person and fire them. Otherwise, they can make the entire experience harmful for everyone.

When you're done with your movie, you'll know who did a good job and who did not. And out of this experience, you'll know who you want to work with again. At the same time, these people will be working to level up their careers. So over time, you'll all grow in your success together.

The motion picture industry is all about relationships. Work with good a good crew, and good things will happen.
