How To Make A Good AMV

A easy to follow list of Do's and Don'ts for making top quality AMVs, applicable to any fandom this side of Youtube!

Of course, practice makes perfect, so even after this video your first AMV will not be the best thing you'll ever make! But it should hopefully make it easier for you to get out there and show the world your creative abilities!

Not mentioned in this video: Software. I use Sony Vegas 15, but this video is applicable to all kinds of software! You really don't need anything fancy, some of my best vids were made on an over glorified Windows Movie Maker LMAO

Of course, I'm not perfect, and neither is anyone else! Everyone has their own styles and I'm sure I forgot some stuff with this video. But since I get a *lot* of DM's asking for tips on edits and special things I do for videos, I thought I'd make this. The truth is, you don't NEED to do anything special! A good AMV is timing, timing and more timing. Nail that, and you've won half the battle. Then it's just making sure the scenes match up with your song and boom! You have your very own godlike AMV :D
