How to make a Mango Peach Strawberry Smoothie

In this video I will show you how to make a Mango Peach Strawberry Smoothie. It is super easy and super delicious! Feel free to kick it up a notch by adding some spinach to make it a green smoothie😉

1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 - 1 well ripened banana (even though I forgot to add mine)
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 cups of organic apple juice (I added a little bit less in mine)
