Whos Toxic and in today’s video i’ll be going over how to start a paypal account for free for those under and over 18. If you are over 18 years old the process of making a paypal account is predominantly easy all you to do is in your search tab just type in paypal.com and you will be brought to this page when you are here just click on sign up. It’s going to bring you to this page asking if it’s for your personal use or for your business now this video is focused on personal account so click next now on this page if you are over the age of 18 put in your legal name not your nickname put the name that is used by the government then your email and a password of your choice. then click next now put in your address and cell phone number. you can put landline but they can only call you from landline. click this tab then agree and create account now if you have a debit or credit card add it now but if you have a bank account not sure and you will be brought to a page to add your bank account now I don’t have either one so click on manage communication preferences. you will be brought to this page and all you need to do is click summary and you will be brought to your paypal home page all you have to do now is confirm your email and you are done. For those who are under 18 before I show you what to do to avoid any problems, i’ll tell you my story of when I made a paypal account when I was under the age of 18. Now before I withdrew money, I heard stories about paypal taking people’s money so I only withdraw one dollar to see what happens and when I did I was brought to this page. and when I clicked claim it. it brought me to this page if you are putting the money in a bank account or credit card then you don’t need to be watching this but when I clicked keep it in paypal I had to give them some of my information like an ID, Address proff and social security. after 2 hours this is what I received. Now if you want to make a paypal account and leave the money in your paypal account but you are under 18 you have to pick someone in your family that you trust that is over the age of 18 with their consent you can follow the process i showed earlier but you are putting their name and their information and when it comes time to claim your money from your job like youtube you can use their id and social security DO NOT PUT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY BECAUSE THATS HOW THEY CAN SEE YOUR TRUE AGE. now I how this helped y’all peace. if you really didn’t hear what I was saying or couldn’t keep up in the description I wrote word for word what I said.
