How to Make Milk Kefir

I love making fermented foods at the farmhouse. Sauerkraut, water kefir, kimchi and my all time favorite, milk kefir. I think you will be surprised at how easy it is to make. It requires no special tools, and just involves straining the beneficial bacteria or "grains" from the milk and starting again. Watch this video as I share how to make milk kefir with a simple tutorial.
