Commands:
bind mwheeldown +jump
cl_showpos 1
sv_cheats 1; host_timescale 40

Bunnyhop:
1. Scroll down to keep jumping(Best if you run a bit before jumping)
2. Sway your mouse left to right and press A and D accordingly

ABH:
1. Move forward
2. Crouch jump
3. Do a 180 in mid air, hold crouch and let go of your forward key(W)
4. Scroll down and hold crouch

ABH without 180:
1. Face the opposite direction you want to travel
2. Hold S
3. Crouch jump and keep holding crouch but let go of S
4. Scroll down

ASH:
1. Run forward and crouch jump
2. Turn to the side ~45 degrees to the left or right
3. Hold A or D(If your left side is facing forward then press A, if it's the right side facing forward press D) and hold crouch
4. Scroll down and get the added bonus of being able to see somewhat ahead of you
