Description from the creator

Adoration/Praise
You start your prayer by adoring and worshiping God. The focus of adoration is worshiping God for who he is.

Confession.
Then you can move on to confessing sins that come to mind. Remember that as Christians, all of our sins are already forgiven. Our past, present, and future sins are forgiven in Christ Jesus. So in confession, don't be afraid that you may forget some hidden sin and so not be pleasing to God. Instead, ask the Holy Spirit to help you uncover any things that you are doing wrong. Sometimes, things will come to mind, then confess them and make things right.

Thanksgiving/praise
You give thanks and praise God for what he has done.

Supplication/Petition/Requests
Then you can move to supplication where you ask God for what you need.

Note this is only an acrostic to guide you. You don't even have to follow the order or use it at all. It just helps when you don't know what to say in prayer. But usually, if you have been meditating, you may be moved to pray in response to what you have been meditating on that you don't end up following the acrostic. That is fine too.
