Currently there is no way, in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, to automatically create a "Virtual Office Hours" session that enables faculty to invite students from any course section (or advisees who are not enrolled in any of their courses) into a single Collaborate session. This functionality is in development but is not currently available. So this video will walk you through the process of creating a Virtual Office Hours recurring session and then using a guest link to enable any of your students or advisees to join. Further, it shows you how to bring students one by one from the main room (which functions as a waiting room) into a private breakout group where you can meet with each student individually.
