How to SIT Like a Lady

Happy Thursday lovely friends! In previous videos, we talked about posture and walking in a feminine and ladylike manner. Today, I am adding to this genre of "mini series", by reviewing the basics in sitting like a lady. Many of us do not realize that we spend most of our days sitting (we should really work to change that LOL), so this video might be the most important one of the three. Some of you may already be familiar with these tips, however there is no harm done in a gentle reminder.
