Try toe clips before. To get use to the idea of cliping..

You'll need
The cycling shoe (three blot), the cleat (with grips) and the clipless pedals ("look keo easy" what I recommend). Align the cleat up straight or whatever comfortable on the shoe with the pedal and keep cliping! Any ideas leave in the comments!!
