May 12th 2017, we had to weed treat our 6 acre pond due to the weeds taking over the shallow areas. Be sure to use safety equipment. So we mounted a boat sprayer on a large john boat and used an algaecide which covers many water weeds. We applied a 3:1 ratio so it wont harm our fish. Also we broad casted gradulas in heavy areas. this video shows what we used and how applied. This only took us about two hours, from set up to clean up. Be safe !
