What is ABH? ABH stands of Accelerated Back Hopping, and it's a glitch which helps you to move alot faster. It was firstly found at Half-Life 2, to help speedruns. But people haven't noticed that GMod is at the same Engine as Half-Life 2, so it will work there aswell.

Compirising ABH to other movements.
To see the velocity, which is used at GMod, simply put "cl_showpos 1" to the console
Walking: 200 units. BHop: 350 or below. Running: 400. Bhop while running: 600 or below. Noclip 500 units. Noclip + run: 1500 units. And finally the ABH: 3500 at the maxinum.

Before you start practicing ABH, you have to bind jump to your scroll. To do so, put these 2 commands to the console: bind mwheelup +jump and bind mwheeldown +jump.

How to do it: It's kinda easy to do. to a start, there is 2 ways.
Way 1, step 1: Press W key Step 2: Jump and turn 180 degrees Step 3: let off the W key
Way 2, step 1: Press S Step 2 and 3: Jump and let off S key
After the start, the steps are: Step 4: Hold control the whole time you ABH Step 5: Find good angle Step 6: Scroll so fast as you can.
