Q&A:

Why is it lagging when i record with avidemo?
Because its taking 200 screen shots a second! This is normal for it to appear laggy or slow!

Where do i get avidemo from?
It's built into the game!

The video is in slow motion when i watch it back, why?
Because when watching in a media player it has to render it again while playing, watch in vegas or adobe or w/e editing software you use.

How do install huffy codec?
Extract to desktop and right click the .inf file and click install.

If i record at avidemo 200 do i need to set vdub to the same?
Yes.

There's no sound, why?
avidemo doesn't record sound only vid. I have a tut on my channel with a way to record sound.
