Cities Skylines - Fine Road Tool and Fine Road Anarchy - Tutorial

Elektrix has created two new mods which work together to resolve these two issues. First the Segment Slope Smoother allows you to smoothen ANY network item, including roads and rail, after it has been built. The Net Picker is simply an eyedropper for networks.
