I'm not 100% sure if you need dlc to get prompted that you can't load your save bcuz it
was made with a more updated version of the game

If you need to start from the beginning like I did I would suggest watching the video
Things needed 2 controllers
Step 1 - Go to system settings, storage, then hit Y while highlighting hard drive and clear system cache
Step 2 - Enter your 2nd account (2nd controller) into the game and gift them 100,000 gold
Step 3 - Then go to your 2nd accounts sanctuary and reject the gift
Step 4 - Now leave the sanctuary and then leave the game by hitting down on the d-pad on the 2nd controller
Step 5 - Repeat Steps 2-4
Step 6 - Now I might as well tell u the "After Patch" solution so with this method you don't need to clear your system cache
Step 7 - Same as steps 2-3
Step 8 - Now you have to be fast as soon as you reject the gift you have to sign out of your 2nd account (2nd controller) Then sign back in and repeat
Note this is the method that I could not get to work bcuz when I would sign out even though the profile isn't in the game it would finish saving and then kick me from the game
