How to attach a garage to a house with a foundation (The Sims 2)

I know The Sims 2 game is old by now, but after trying to figure this out myself, I've noticed that many people are still trying to figure this out as well. I used The Sims 2 Double Deluxe (which includes The Sims 2, Nightlife, and Celebration), and no custom content. THIS DOES WORK!!! If you have any questions, leave them in the comments, and I will do my best to help you!

You can also add stairs leading from your house to garage (this does not change any of the steps in the video). Starting from 0:31 in the video; after you place your foundation, delete 2 squares of foundation next to the driveway extention. Next add stairs in the deleted squares place. Continue following the instructions in the video to complete your attached garage. If you have any questions leave them in the comments.

boolprop constrainFloorElevation false (to connect garage to house)
boolprop constrainFloorElevation true (to deactivate the cheat code) ***if you do not deactivate the cheat code it will be very difficult to build your house***
