Hello everyone, this is Cloudedstar's guide to being a leader. Please keep in mind this video is biased with my own opinions from my own experience. There will be two divisions, management and roleplaying. First is management.
MANAGEMENT
⦁ You must make rules for your clan and yourself.
Such as respect, naming, killing character after 14 days of its creation
⦁ You must follow your own rules!
You must follow your own rules so your clan sees that they make sense and that you're not cutting corners just because you're the leader
⦁ Set up a dress code
This is optional, but if you don't want wacky looking cats, it's better to have a dress code, rather than keep reminding the members of what they can and cannot wear
⦁ Be professional
No one likes a leader who is just goofing off and not being proper, have correct grammar and don't use emojis when roleplaying
⦁ Make a page on the Animal Jam Clans Wiki!
It well help a lot for your clan, if you need help with coding, I'm open to coding requests, just contact me on my Message Wall, on your page there's many things you can put on it
⦁ Punishments
Punishments are consequences for ones actions, for example disrespecting someone of the clan, if you have a point system for bonuses a punishment for them is loosing 6 points, or a warning, or apprentice duties for (x) days

ROLEPLAY
⦁ Plots
Plots are an important thing in roleplay, it keeps people interested. Plots can be huge and tiny, it all depends on what you're wanting to do, plots are things like kits being born to being driven out of your territory because of a natural disaster
⦁ Character
So, you're a leader yes, no? Your character still has a personality and his faults, no character is perfect, not even the leader, make his personality realistic
