This boss Isn't supposed to be easy. However, as you get used to his mechanic's dodging becomes less difficult. Remember that if you get low or the jungle gets too chaotic just retreat back away from the jungle. This way you can kill the minions that he spawns and gets health from them. Just make sure you don't leave for too long as he will become invulnerable after around 10 seconds.
