C:\Users\[PC NAME]\Pictures\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
Take screenshot: F10
High resolution screenshot: ALT+F10 (Solo only)
Turn on/off you HUD left CTRL+ left ALT + G (used to be shift+alt+g)

For videos use capture software of your choice.
i use elgato hd which has hardware encoder and i can capture h264 videos in 60fps right away, but there should be many ways to do that for free if you have powerful enough pc with huge storage space :)
