How to catch Arceus on pokemon D/P

How to catch the 493rd pokemon on the pokedex on pokemon diamond and pearl.
Sorry i am not sure if it works on platinum. If you wanna try it you can if you want.
This Pokemon is pokemon number 493 the last pokemon on the pokedex.
This Great pokemon has some useful attacks like
Future sight.
Hyper beam.
Recover.
And at level 100 Arceus will learn an attack called judgment.
This attack is very good hits level 90 or lower in one hit
(depending on its type)
Arceus can hold plates you find in your journey
like the
water plate
fire plate
rock plate
orb plate
lava plate
mystery plate
and many more plates.
Arceus is really hard to get so get moving because you dont have much time!
