1) Type "about:config" WITHOUT the quotations into your URL bar.
2) Scroll down until you find "browser.newtab.url". (List is in alphabetical order)
3) Double click on the value of "browser.newtab.url" and change the value to the url of whatever page you want your New Tab Homepage to be.
4) You're done!
