Destiny 2 Forsaken - How to Complete an Ascendant Challenge This Week / Powerful Engram Reward. Just a quick video showing how to do the Ascendant Challenge this week in the Dreaming City. Details below.

To do the Ascendant Challenge, you first need a "Tincture of Queensfoil". These come as random drops from any chest in the Dreaming City, including Region Chests. Next you'll want to head over to the Lost Sector near Petra "Aphelion's Rest". Clear your way through the Lost Sector including the boss, then use the Tincture of Queensfoil.


Jump through the portal behind and kill the Blights on the outer area, ignoring all the enemies. Not sure how many attempts you can have, but I blew myself up and the portal was still open again. Once "An oppurtunity." appears, head towards the middle and break the crystals. After you've done this, it completes the Ascendant Challenge for this week.

My PC setup is nothing too crazy at all, but the specs are:
i7-8700, GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4-3000 Ram, 256GB SSD, 2TB HDD.

Allows me to run max settings at constant 60FPS while recording. Which is about all I need for now :)
