Description from the creator

**check the pinned comment for links to both the good and bad support sites**
The new Beta Xbox support website is off its meds or something. This scenario is so odd I had to recheck it about 10 times just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it or getting something wrong. Where do you go to find one on one support for your Xbox? Certainly not if you visit the main website for Xbox support if that’s what you were thinking. Follow me through my recent journey through the confusing maze of getting human help with Xbox Support.
