HOW TO CREATE DEPTH WITH THE SPY NETWORK | A Total War: Three Kingdoms Discussion

Total War: Three Kigndoms has without a doubt set the bar for depth in a vanilla base Total War game. This is also their first game testing an agent system without a physical unit being represented on the campaign map. The spy system is one of the more confusing aspects of the game and can honestly never be touched and you can still win.

Today I'll present some ways to create depth and meaning in the spy system while also creating more depth in Total War: Three Kingdoms overall.
