How To Defend Like A Pro In Rocket League

How To Defend Like A Pro In Rocket League teaches you all about shadow defence and how you can learn to properly defend in rocket league. I have been meaning to make a rocket league defending tips video for quite a while and now after playing one's for a decent amount of time, I feel I can explain defending tips and shadow defence tips for those of you who may be struggling. My goal with this video is to teach you the technique that the pro's use to improve their defensive rocket league gameplay, by taking what I learnt by watching and learning pro rocket league defence. After watching a lot of 1v1 matches I think I can help you to learn how to defend like a pro in rocket league.

Below I have linked the training pack for shadow defence. Please let me know if you have any rocket league tips you would like to be made into a video or if you are enjoying the rocket league tips that I have been putting out recently!
