So If The Content is Actually Made for Kids I don't think You Can Enable The Comments This way but We're talking here About Mixed Audience or if Videos are Not Made for Kids but Youtubes automated System Puts The Comments Off , It's actually easy to Allow Comments again on iPhone or Android Device .
In Full Youtube studio on Computer You Have 3 Options in Channel's Advanced Settings and You Have to Designate if The Channel or Videos are Made for Kids or Not or Choose Setting for each Video. So My Channel is Set to ; I Will Select Setting for each Video , That Way I Can Mark Videos According to Who The Targeted Audience is .
So Now on Your iPhone or any Mobile Phone Probably Get YT Studio App , Open YT Studio App
Click Any Video with Comments Off . Then Go and Click That Little Pensil on Top , Then Click The settings and if The video is Not made for kids and Comments Are off By Mistake Switch to Allow Comments and Click Save , Then Your Video Should Get Comments again
