How to Enter the Armory, Open Very Hard Lock

This video proves that it is possible to enter the Armory in the Imperial Prison district right after the start of the game (right after completing the tutorial). You'll need at least one lockpick and you'll have to be familiar with the lockpicking game because you will need to open a very hard lock. Your character does not need high security skill.
