This is a how to find gel sacks guide for Subnautica. I show you two easy locations to find gel sacks and rubies. You probably want to build the prawn suit or neptune rocket and these require aerogel which in turn require gel sacks. I show you two easy places close to the starting location pod.

You can also use a knife to get 2 seeds from a gel sack and then plant those seeds in an exterior grow bed. You can then pick the gel sack and repeat the process to get infinite gel sacks.

Starting from your escape pod:

First location is (-328, -308, -866) roughly south west 1000m and 300m down in the grand reef.

Second location (1191,-385, 922) 1500m north east of the starting pod and 370m down.

There is a third location which might be easier at the base of a large mushroom tree in the mushroom forest roughly 1000m NW of the starting location at (-908, -142, 594.6). This location does not have any rubies though.
