How to Get Cool Armor in SWTOR! - The Academy

The outfit designer is a way of adding a fashion costume on top of your armor for your character - your armor is the pieces of gear that make sure you don't die in battle - but the costume is just the way your character looks, and you can change your armor in and out without having your costume be affected. This video also covers what kinds of cool armor you can get including bought gear, crafted gear, cartel market gear, reputation gear and crating dye modules!

I also separate out how to get some of the best looking armor in the game that isn't on the cartel market - you can customize your character's armor in the game without spending real money.

This is an update of my video called "How to Look Cool in SWTOR", one year later. youtube.com/watch?v=HUoiycUdklE Lots of the armors in that video are no longer obtainable.

Thank you everyone who helped me film some outfits! Junlar, Neo, and Insignia especially! Aravail tried to help but he failed, miserably, and ran around our flagship half-nekkid. It's the thought that counts.
