"Infect me daddy!" Pokérus is hugely valuable when EV Training your Pokemon in Pokemon Sword & Shield. Pokérus doubles the EV Values you gain from combat and from Pokemon Jobs. How do you get Pokerus? Getting Pokerus in the wild is hugely rare so I recommend hopping in the Serebii Discord to trade for it or pop into our Twitch stream and we're happy to give it to you there also! Happy EV Training!
