To get the Salve Amulet (e) back fast, head to the Abandoned Mine. Once inside enter the mine cart tunnel directly to the south. This will bring you to the salve crystals. Mine them with your chisel and use them on a ball of wool to create a Salve Amulet. Use Tarn's Diary on the Salve Amulet to make your Salve Amulet (e).

If you destroyed Tarn's Diary, you can get another by teleporting to Tarn's Lair using your slayer ring or by checking the bookcase in your player owned home.
