My bees are level 8-10 (mostly level 8) so I can't use the method from Top 10 people with level 12+ bees where you just sit there for 1 second and kill them fast.

I have to kite them at my bee levels because cave monsters are level 12, which means my bees will hit less than 10% of the time. (Every level under the monster decreases chance by half)

I had my monitor's brightness up which didn't record in the video but you can still see the monster. (well, I raised something called Gamma)
