Description from the creator

This a step-by-step video guide on how to learn Volt Tackle in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

1) Find a lightball (videos for this down below)
2) Give it to a female Pikachu
3) Go to a breeder at any daycare center
4) Drop off the female Pikachu holding a lightball with a male Pikachu / Raichu or Ditto
5) Bike or ride around a bit, then check in with the Pokemon breeder to see if they are getting along and left an egg
6) Take the egg, then ride around some more until it hatches
7) Enjoy the new, cute Pichu that knows Volt Tackle

Volt Tackle is a physical attack move that has an attack power of 120 and an accuracy of 100. Similar to takedown, the Pokemon does inflict self-damage.

Combine this Volt Tackle with a Pikachu holding a Light Ball, and you'll do some major damage.

Unfortunately, I've tried transferring Volt Tackle as an egg move to my Gigantamax Pikachu but it doesn't work since it's considered a special move and not an egg move.

Here's the videos of how to find Light Ball in Pokemon Sword and Shield using two different strategies:

Thief and Static

Compound Eyes and Frisk

I'll make another video, very soon, on how to quickly evolve Pichu into a Pikachu, so please subscribe and turn on your notifications.

I've been also thinking of starting the game over and livestreaming Pokemon gameplay, among other video games.
