Explanation of Constants and Close Attacks

In Part 3 we go over how the constants in the CNS file work, Statedef some basic codes for an attack, and how to code close attacks to add variety.

There are alot more lines of code for a hitdef, I only went over the basic one. For best result, try experimenting with the full set. simply changing 1 value at a time to see how it works.
