HOW TO MAKE A MINECRAFT SERVER W/ PLUGINS!! Anyone Can Join!! (Free + No Hamachi! | BUKKIT + SPIGOT)

This is how to make a Minecraft Server (MC 1.10.2 and above) that allows plugins! This is a Spigot Server. I will be using the port-forwarding method to connect to the server. This method works is completely free! If you need help at all, let me know below or on Twitter!
